Artist Statement

Joanna Rose Tidey is originally from Essex however now works and lives in Southampton and across Hampshire.

Joanna has a keen interest in both Art and Science which is evident in her work, both painting, mixed media and installations.  Joanna draws inspiration from our interaction with the natural world.

The t-shirts were sold to raise money for new skate equipment for their park.  I donated the logo to the youth group and ‘Friends of Cottons Park’ for this purpose.
